Bandwagon Merchandise is looking for a customer service and sales representative.
The immediate responsibility of this position is customer service. Business hours are 9 am to 5 pm. This is a full time office position.
Qualifications of an acceptable candidate:
- Attentive to details.
- Highly organized.
- Excellent communication skills.
- High school diploma / GED equivalent.
- Patience. Patience. Patience.
- Customer Service / Sales experience mandatory.
- Knowledge and experience in Screen Printing are a huge plus but not mandatory.
Job responsibilities are as follows:
- Answering phones, greeting customers and directing them appropriately.
- Communicating with clients regarding orders via phone and e-mail.
- Processing new orders.
- Creating invoices for clients / tracking payment.
- Office organization.
- Educating customers on the printing process and the various services we offer.

My name is Ryan Brown and I sent you my resume a couple days ago. I just wanted to send a message voicing my interest in this job! I have always enjoyed art and had an interest in design, especially clothing companies revolving around boardsports. I don’t have a lot of sales experience but I have a little bit of experience in office settings. I’d definately need some guidance in the beginning as to how you do things but I’m so interested in learning more and getting involved in this type of business I know I could handle it.
